Our admissions process then includes the following steps:

Phone Call

The Parent will receive a call from our Admissions Office to arrange a virtual appointment with the Head of Admissions.

Confirmation Email and Invitation

Our Admissions Office will send the Parent an invitation for a Teams meeting and a confirmation email.

Video Call

Our Head of Admissions will speak to the Parents via Teams, providing all the information they need about the School and giving the opportunity to ask all of their questions.

School Tour

Should Parents wish to come to meet with the team, Parents will be contacted to arrange a tour at their preferred time. The school is open for tours from Monday – Friday. All tours are by appointment only.


If the parents wish to progress with their application, the Admissions Office will organise an assessment with the coordinator of the relevant grade. The parents will receive a report on the assessment within 48 hours.

Parents’ Confirmation

If the Parents wish to confirm their child’s enrolment, they will be requested to send an email to to obtain the documents needed to complete and finalise the application.

The Mosaic Admissions Team is always available to help parents, answer questions and explain the Admission Process.
